低速早燃的現(xiàn)象也就是指車輛的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速比較低，但是扭矩輸出比較高的時(shí)候，燃油和機(jī)油的混合物在火花塞正常工作點(diǎn)火之前就已經(jīng)發(fā)生了點(diǎn)火現(xiàn)象，一般都是在車輛低速但是高負(fù)荷運(yùn)行的情況下出現(xiàn)，燃油和機(jī)油中的混合物在火花塞正常點(diǎn)火之前所發(fā)生的自燃現(xiàn)象。
在車輛發(fā)生該現(xiàn)象時(shí)，車輛發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)內(nèi)缸的壓力變大，這種情況下的破壞性比常規(guī)爆震的破壞性還要大很多，就會(huì)導(dǎo)致火花塞燒灼、氣門擊穿和活塞頂面斷裂以及其它的一些問題，反正就是對發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)會(huì)造成很嚴(yán)重的傷害。
這個(gè)現(xiàn)象出現(xiàn)的原因也就是汽車內(nèi)的零件在進(jìn)行進(jìn)氣沖程的時(shí)候，噴嘴將油霧噴到氣缸里面，其中一些燃油就會(huì)和機(jī)油的殘余薄膜產(chǎn)生一些反應(yīng)，然后在燃油和殘留物混合之后，就會(huì)被液化，也就導(dǎo)致壓縮沖程的時(shí)候上升的活塞產(chǎn)生的一些物質(zhì)，隨著活塞一起上升，然后就會(huì)導(dǎo)致溫度上升也就會(huì)發(fā)生早燃。
因?yàn)檫@個(gè)問題還是比較嚴(yán)重的，可以到維修廠檢修一下，嘗試一下改善機(jī)油的性能，然后改變這種現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。
解決低速早燃的方法就是使用高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的潤滑油，由于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)不同，要想從根本上解決“低速早燃”問題并不是很容易。
不過，汽車廠商發(fā)現(xiàn)高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)潤滑油能有效緩解低速過早燃燒，通用率先提出第二代dexos1標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)專門針對渦輪增壓器保護(hù)和低速早期燃燒，對潤滑油提出了更嚴(yán)格的要求。
目前對于這種現(xiàn)象是無法避免的，不過，我們可以通過給汽車改善機(jī)油性能，來抑制這種情況。
